1. Order Processing & Preparation
- •Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and verification.
- •Medical Equipment: Specialized ophthalmic instruments may require additional 2-4 business days for quality assurance and calibration checks.
- •Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details.
- •Business Days: Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays and Sundays).
2. Delivery Timeframes & Coverage
Metro Cities
- • Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai
- • Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad
- • Delivery: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities
- • All other Indian cities and towns
- • Rural and remote areas
- • Delivery: 5-10 business days
Note: Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical challenges.
3. Shipping Charges & Policies
Standard Shipping Rates:
- • Metro Cities: ₹150 for orders below ₹5,000
- • Other Cities: ₹200 for orders below ₹5,000
- • Remote Areas: ₹300 for orders below ₹5,000
- • Fragile/Precision Instruments: Additional ₹500 handling charges
Express Delivery: Available in select metro cities for an additional ₹500. Delivery within 1-2 business days.

5. Special Handling Procedures
Precision Ophthalmic Instruments
All sensitive medical equipment is packaged with specialized cushioning materials and shipped in temperature-controlled conditions when required. Additional insurance coverage is automatically included.
Pharmaceutical Products
Eye drops, medications, and temperature-sensitive products are shipped with appropriate cold chain management and expedited delivery to maintain product integrity.
Bulk Orders
Orders above ₹50,000 or bulk institutional purchases receive priority processing and may be eligible for scheduled delivery arrangements.
6. Delivery Requirements & Procedures
- ⚠️Recipient Availability: Someone must be available to receive the package. Valid ID may be required for high-value items.
- 📋Delivery Inspection: Please inspect packages for damage before accepting delivery. Report any issues immediately to our customer service.
- ✅Successful Delivery: Requires signature confirmation or OTP verification for orders above ₹10,000.
- 🔄Failed Delivery Attempts: Packages will be held at the local courier facility for 7 days before being returned to us.
