It incorporates related policies including Privacy, Shipping & Delivery, and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Continued use confirms ongoing acceptance, including revisions published periodically.

While best efforts are made to ensure accuracy, errors may occur; neither A1 Enterprises nor its partners, suppliers, or affiliates guarantee completeness, performance, or fitness for specific purposes.

3. User Obligations

• Users must provide truthful and up-to-date registration, shipping, and contact details.
• Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• Intellectual property rights are strictly enforced; unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or resale entails legal action.

4. Product Information & Limitations

5. Payment, Pricing & Taxation

• Prices are shown in INR (₹), exclusive of GST and other statutory taxes unless indicated otherwise.
• A1 Enterprises accepts payment via major gateways: Razorpay, UPI, net banking, and approved cards.
• Compliance with PCI DSS and Indian financial regulations ensures no direct retention of payment details; all transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment platforms.
• If payment fails or is reversed due to bank/card issuer decisions, orders are withheld or cancelled automatically.

6. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing usually occurs within 1–3 business days, except for custom or out-of-stock items. Delays due to natural calamities, public holidays, or political disruption are proactively communicated.
• Shipping partners include major logistics services ensuring timely and safe delivery. Title and risk transfer to user upon shipment handover to courier.
• Customers must inspect all products at delivery for damage or tampering; damaged items should be refused at the time of delivery.
• Estimated Delivery Timelines:
  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 8–14 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities (All other Indian cities and towns, Rural and remote areas): 10–16 business days
• Shipping is free above ₹5,000.
• Risk transfers upon signed delivery confirmation or OTP verification.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• Cancellations:
  • Free within 1 day (24 hours) if order hasn't been dispatched.
  • 5% fee applies for cancellations on Day 2 (24-48 hours) if order is still in processing.
  • No cancellations after 3 days or once the order is dispatched.
• Returns:
  • Eligible within 7–30 days for unopened, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Not eligible if opened (hygiene reasons), personalized, or software/digital products.
• Refund Timelines:
  • Cancellation (Within 1 Day): 2–3 business days
  • Cancellation (Day 2 - 5% Fee): 2–3 business days
  • Defective item: 5–7 business days
  • Returns: 7–10 business days
  • Bank transfers: 3–5 business days
• Exchanges: Permitted solely for defective or damaged products contingent on availability.

• User data is processed per the Indian Data Protection Bill, requiring consent before usage, robust security measures, and respect for deletion requests.
